Christmas Equestrian Show for Roch House Riders

Roch House Preparatory School in Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire recently held their annual Christmas Equestrian Show and pupils from different age groups participated in a number of competitive and fun activities.

The lively event was held at the Abbots Bromley Equestrian Centre located in the grounds of the school and included a trotting pole competition, races and gymkhana games. One of the highlights was the fancy dress competition and the winners of three categories were Elektra Brown as an angel, Jemima Brown as Santa Claus and Holly Bevan who was dressed as a chef, complete with a chef’s toque, fish slice and gingham apron!

Ann Johnson, Head of Roch House Preparatory School said: “The Roch House riders look forward to this event every year and parents and teachers thoroughly enjoy watching. It is lovely to see the young riders having such a lot of fun, encouraging each other and showing their riding skills”.
